What does our recruitment process look like?

1. Phone Interview

For shortlisted candidates we will conduct telephonic interview with technical team.

2. F2F Interview

We conduct face to face or video conference interviews based on the situation.

3. Technical Test

After successfully completing the F2F interview we conduct online technical tests.

4. Offer

For the candidate who are through both inetrview and test, we negotiate and offer.
